Please note that side effects can be expected and are more common during the first few weeks of treatment. Common side effects may include, but are not limited to: redness, dryness, peeling, irritation, warmth, and/or itching. Alternatively, symptoms of an allergic reaction may produce hives/raised bumps, swelling, and/or severe inflammation. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, please contact your designated Musely doctor (and send them photos of the affected areas to examine) at your earliest convenience. If your initial 60-Day Consultation Period has expired, you have the option to extend it by 15 days for $5 or 60 days for $10 by clicking "Extend" on the Doctor Messages page.
Once you have messaged your doctor, please allow up to 24 hours for your doctor to receive, review, and respond to your message. Please keep in mind that your doctor is not able to answer any billing or refund questions, as they only manage medical questions and your prescription. If you have been diagnosed with an allergic reaction, please adhere to your doctor’s medical guidance and reach out to Customer Support for any further billing/account inquiries, and they will be happy to assist!
