Changing the shipping address can be easily done in your account! If you need to change your address, please ensure it is done prior to your refill orders being placed as the address change will only affect new and future orders.
1. Go to musely.com/treatment and select the relevant treatment
2. Select Manage Prescription
3. Scroll down to the "Shipping Address" section and select Edit
4. Select Add a new address and ensure to check the box to Set as Default
5. Repeat the process if you have multiple prescriptions
On the Musely App:
1. Click the profile icon in upper left corner and select My Treatments
2. Select the relevant treatment
3. Select Manage Prescription
4. Scroll down to the "Shipping Address" section and select Edit
5. Select Add a new address and ensure to check the box to Set as Default
6. Repeat the process if you have multiple prescriptions
Please note, while you may have multiple addresses in your address book, please make sure to select as Default which address you would like your future orders to be shipped to.
