Changing the shipping address can be easily done in your account! If you need to change your address, please ensure it is done prior to your refill orders being placed as the address change will only affect new and future orders.
- Select the relevant treatment
- Select Manage Prescription
- Scroll down to the "Shipping Address" section and select Edit
- Once you have added a shipping address, please select Deliver to this address to set the new address as Default
- On the pop-up, you can click Yes, apply to all treatments or No, only this treatment
Please note, while you may have multiple addresses in your address book, please make sure to select as Default which address you would like your future orders to be shipped to.
