If your Musely FaceRx order has not yet shipped, please follow the instructions below to cancel this refill.
On the website, go to musely.com/treatment or on the app, go to the My Treatments page, then:
- Select the relevant treatment
- Select Manage Prescription
- Select Cancel current order*
*Auto-Refill must be on in order to cancel the current order. Once an order is cancelled, you can then turn off Auto-Refill if you do not want future refills to be placed. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to process. Please note: Action must be taken prior to shipment of your order, as we cannot cancel, return, or refund orders once they have shipped.
