If your Musely FaceRx order has not yet shipped, you can follow the instructions below to cancel this refill. Cancellation must be completed PRIOR to shipment of your order, as we cannot cancel, return, or refund orders once they have shipped.
On the website, go to musely.com/treatment or on the app, go to the My Treatments page, then:
- Select the relevant treatment
- Select Manage Prescription
- Select Cancel current order - please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to process.
Please note, while your prescriptions are set to Auto-Refill, the pharmacy will continue to automatically ship refills every other month so cancelling a specific order will NOT turn off your Auto-Refill. You can adjust your refill dates or cancel Auto-Refill for each treatment.
If you have multiple FaceRx treatments you wish to cancel, please repeat the steps for all treatments. NOTE: Cancelling Auto-Refill will NOT cancel pending refill orders.
