If you are having trouble accessing your treatments or logging into your account, we recommend logging out and then ensuring to log back in with the email address associated with your Musely account. If needed, you can reset your password using the instructions below:
- On musely.com, select Log In/Sign Up in the upper right hand corner
- Click Reset Password under the password box.
- Enter your email address and click Continue
- Check your email to find the reset link!
- Please make sure you are using the exact same email address that you used when signing up for your Musely account.
- Use the email address and password login option, rather than the Google or Facebook login options.
