For example, some patients will be prescribed a formula containing Hydrocortisone for their initial fill of The Spot Cream to help the skin adjust to the medication and minimize any potential side effects. The following refills will not contain it, as long-term use of steroids (such as hydrocortisone) is not recommended. If this is the case for you, you may experience a slight increase in irritation.
