Sometimes, our payment processor is unable to successfully capture payment. If this happens, your payment(s) will be automatically voided and you will receive a refund within the next 3-7 business days.
If you did not receive an email confirmation with an order number, you can attempt to place the order again. Our system will not allow multiple orders of the same treatment on the same account, so you don't have to worry about accidentally placing multiple orders!
