You can manage your prescription(s) directly from your account with just a few clicks! Each prescription needs to be managed individually.
On the website, go to My Treatments or on the app, go to the My Treatments page. Select the relevant treatment and then click Manage Prescription. Click the links below for instructions for anything you'd like to manage.
My Prescription:
- Change Prescription- click to change between active prescriptions or request a new treatment plan
- Change refill option- click to change your refill option
- The Spot Cream and The Anti-Aging Night Cream allows you to choose between the Set (with The Day Cream and The Cleanser) and the treatment only for your refills
- The Red Set - allows you to change between the Set or just The Rosacea Cream only
Refill Schedule:
- Change next refill date- click to adjust when you receive your next shipment of this treatment
- Cancel all future refills- click to turn off Auto-Refill for this prescription
- Cancel current order- if you have a pending refill you'd like to cancel, you can click to cancel the order anytime BEFORE it ships.
Shipping Address:
- Edit shipping address- click to add or edit your current shipping address.
Payment Method:
- Update payment method- click to change your payment method or billing address on file using the "Edit" button
- Apply your Rewards- click the toggle to opt-in or out to use your Rewards balance towards your refills
