There are several ways to confirm what active ingredients are in your bottle. First, please log into your account and then go to the My Treatments Page, and click the relevant treatment. Click the treatment plan name shown under “Treatment Plan”.
To see your full treatment plan for that treatment, please go to the Message Center Page and click the “View Doctor Messages” button. Then, switch to the treatment plan tab.
You can cross-reference this with the ingredients on the small RX sticker directly on the bottle (not the patient label). You can also find the inactive ingredients for each treatment here.
While not all ingredients will be shown on the box or the flagged label (due to character count limitations on the Rx label), all active ingredients will be shown on the small RX sticker directly on the bottle. Additionally, you can be assured that each bottle will include all of the ingredients represented by that formula name unless stated otherwise.
