It is normal to experience variations with the cream. Since FaceRx treatments are specially formulated in small batches at our compounding pharmacy and are not mass manufactured, you may notice differences in consistency, color and/or scent. We are pleased to inform you that this does not affect the impact of the treatment. In fact, this compounding process is why FaceRx treatments are so beneficial; you are receiving the freshest ingredients that are shipped while they are at their maximum potency.
TIPS:
- As a reminder, please make sure to shake the bottle prior to each use.
- We have received advice from our pharmacy that it can be beneficial to place the cream in the refrigerator overnight (up to 12 hours).
- You may also try applying moisturizer with the cream to help with application and spreadability (this does not affect the efficacy of the cream).
- Please ensure to store the cream in a dry, cool area.
