For The Estrogen Cream, our dermatologists have developed two different topical formulas for your designated doctor to consider for you. Here are the key ingredients in each prescription formula:
- Duo: (for people without a uterus) Estriol 0.4%, Estradiol 0.1%
- Trio: Estriol 0.4%, Estradiol 0.1%, Progesterone 20%*
For those that prefer oral progesterone, there is an option to order the Duo formula along with Oral Progesterone.
- Duo + Oral Progesterone:
- Topical:Estriol 0.4%, Estradiol 0.1%.
- Oral: Progesterone 100 mg*
