Am I too old to use FaceRx?
It’s never too late to start taking care of your skin and/or hair! Musely FaceRx medications are beneficial for all skin types and ages. Most of our treatments are available in multiple formulations and treatment plans, so your Board-Certified Dermatologist can customize a plan that is right for you, taking into consideration your personal skin history and current condition.
Am I too young to use FaceRx?
If you are under 18 years of age and completing an Online Doctor Visit, you must have parental/guardian consent provided on your medical visit. Your dermatologist may deny your request based on their assessment of whether the treatment is a good fit for you. In this case, you would receive the medication cost back, however, the Doctor Visit Fee is nonrefundable.
Can I place an order for someone else?
Each patient is required to have their own account, matching their own personal information. If you are helping to manage the account of a spouse, child, or loved one, the patient themselves must also explicitly consent to another party managing their account. They, the patient, must be the account holder, provide their own patient information, and have direct access to consultation with their doctor on their account.
Note: The Aging Repair Cream is only for those who were assigned female at birth and are age 30+. The Estrogen Cream, The Estrogen Patch, The Estrogen Pill, and The Progesterone Pill are only for those who were assigned female at birth and are age 40-60.
