How do I send a Musely eGift Referral Card

We’re so excited to hear you’d like to share Musely with your friends and family! With your Musely eGift Referral card, you can help new Musely patients save $50 off their first prescription order! 

After their Musely order is approved and shipped, you’ll automatically receive $50 in Musely Rewards to your account! Rewards can be used to discount refills of your existing prescriptions, or on any new treatment order. 

Here are a few different ways you can send a Musely eGift Referral Card from your account: 

From the Musely App homepage:

1. Click the “Free $50 Gift Card” button in the middle of the screen.
   
2. Click the “Send an eGift Card” button.
   
3. Fill in the recipients first name and include an optional message. If the new patient is with you in person, you can have them scan the QR code on the top of the screen.
4. Click the “Next: Send Options” button.
   
5. Your phone will provide options to either send the referral link via email or text message. 
   
6. If you choose “Copy”, your phone will automatically copy the referral link, and you can paste the link to any messaging thread. This is best if you are sending this referral credit via social media DM’s, or don’t have the recipient's email or phone number. 

From the Musely website:

1. Click “My Account” on the top right of your computer screen.
2. Click the “Free $50 Gift Card” button on the top left of your computer screen.
3. Click the “Send an eGift Card” button.
4. Fill in the recipients first name and include an optional message. 
5. Your computer will provide options to send the referral via different social media platforms, or to copy the link directly to your computer’s clipboard.
   
   
6. Choose “Copy Link”. Your computer will automatically copy the link, and you can paste the link to an email, social media DM’s or alternative messaging thread.

In-Person Referral: 

1. In your most recent Musely order, you’ll have received a Musely eGift Referral Card, as shown below:
   
2. Please have your friend or family member scan the QR code on the card using their smart phone. The QR code will automatically take them to our website to create an account, and apply the $50 referral discount to their cart!
