As Musely treatments are prescription medication, they are nonrefundable and nonreturnable. Consumer Protection federal law prohibits the return of prescription medication. Therefore, all sales are final once shipped from the pharmacy. This ensures medication is maintained properly and has not been tampered with. Once your treatment has shipped, we are no longer able to cancel it.

We do have a 60-Day Result Guarantee for all Musely prescription treatments. We guarantee success when the treatment is properly used and the eNurse Check-Up software is completed, as agreed upon when ordering. If your condition is not improved to your satisfaction after the proper usage for 60 days, we will refund the initial medication cost. The $20 doctor visit fee is not refundable.
