Musely Rewards can be used towards future refills, new treatments, and Doctor Visit Fees!
Treatment Refills:
Rewards are NOT automatically applied towards your refill orders so please be sure to opt-in to use them prior to each order using the instructions below. Note: Rewards can be used on multiple orders in a day, but only if your Rewards balance fully covers that order, additional Rewards remain, and you’ve selected to apply Rewards to each treatment.
On the Musely website go to the My Account page, or from the Musely App home page:
- Select My Treatments
- Select Manage Treatment for the relevant medication
- Scroll down to the "Payment Method" section
- Select the checkbox to “Use $__.__Rewards on next refill” for the applicable treatment(s)
- Confirm
- Repeat this step overtime, prior to each refill you would like Rewards applied to
Prescription Renewals:
To use your Rewards toward your Prescription Renewal, you can apply them after you complete the Prescription Renewal questionnaire. Completing a Prescription Renewal will prompt a new fill to process - which you schedule and can edit the date for.
Once you have selected the date, you can then go to select to use Rewards on that next refill. Please see instructions above under "Treatment Refills".
New Orders:
To use Rewards towards other purchases, such as new medications, you can select to use them on the checkout page when ordering!
Once you reach the payment page, you’ll need to attach a valid form of payment to your order to be saved if your rewards run out and for applicable refill orders. You can apply the Rewards towards the order by selecting the checkbox that says “Apply my $__ Rewards” found below your order total.
We recommend using your Rewards sooner than later, however, they will not expire until 12 months from the time they were credited into your Musely account.
