Occasionally, our payment processor is unable to successfully capture payment. If this happens, your payment will be automatically voided and you will be issued an automatic refund. Please allow 3-7 business days for the funds to be reflected back into your account, depending on your bank.
Since your order has not been submitted, you can attempt to place the order again by returning to your cart. The instructions to return to your cart are outlined here. Our system will not allow multiple orders of the same treatment on the same account, so you don't have to worry about accidentally placing multiple orders.
