In short, as a telemedicine practice and service, we connect patients with one of our Board-Certified dermatologists through our secure MD Messaging platform. There are no virtual or phone visits. Rather, once your medical questionnaire is completed with photos and payment, the order will enter Dermatologist Review. Within 24 hours, your prescribing dermatologist will review your medical information, examine your photos, and determine if the treatment(s) is right for you!
Once the examination is conducted, you will be sent an email to notify you that your doctor has sent you a message in response to your Prescription Request(s) via our secure messaging platform. This initiates your 60-Day Consultation Period with your doctor, allowing you to message them anytime for the next 60 days of treatment with all treatment-related questions or concerns you may have!
