When an order is placed, an Online Doctor Visit is required. This process will include a questionnaire that asks about your medical history, treatment goals, and current state of the condition you’d like to treat. Based on this information, your Board-Certified Dermatologist will have the ability to either accept or reject your order request depending on if they determine the medication is suitable for you. If accepted, a prescription will be written. If rejected, you will be notified of this, and given 7 days to discuss with your designated doctor. A refund will be provided after this 7 day period.
Based on the discussion, your doctor may decide to continue with the rejection, or may decide that you are in fact suitable given new information provided. In the latter case, a prescription will be written without you needing to submit a new order request.
If you do not want to discuss with your designated doctor or wait for the 7 day period to pass, you can also request to receive a refund immediately! To do so, please login and visit the My Treatments Page, then:
- Select the relevant treatment
- Under the countdown shown, select Claim Refund Now
- In the confirmation pop-up, select Claim Refund Now
- Close out of the refund confirmation once you are ready
