Each order for a Musely treatment will be charged, filled, and shipped individually with its own order number. The system does not allow duplicate payments for the same treatment, so you can be sure that you were only charged for one fill of each prescription! You can check your order status by following the instructions below:
On the website or Musely app, visit the My Treatments page, then:
- Select the relevant treatment
- Next to “Order History” select See All
- Filter by treatment from the drop down menu
