Musely accepts both HSA and FSA as methods of payment.* We are only able to provide the documentation below for you to submit to your savings account provider:

- You can submit a ticket to our support team to request a more detailed invoice to submit through our Get Help bot on musely.com -> Get Help
We are unable to provide or fill out other forms or documents (i.e. EOB's, letters of medical necessity, etc.). Thank you for your understanding!
*We recommend checking with your provider on reimbursement eligibility, as it is unfortunately outside of our control. Please also keep in mind that since we do NOT accept insurance and we are not able to provide any codes such as NDC or NPI.
