How can I change my payment method?

You can update your method(s) of payment anytime within your Musely account! If you need to change your payment method, please ensure it is done prior to your next scheduled refill date, as the new payment method will only be used for new and future orders. 

To change your payment method, go to the Musely website or app and visit the My Account page,

1. Click on Account Info 
2. Click Edit next to Payment Method
3. Click Edit next to Payment Method (Prescription) or Payment Method (OTC)
4. Update Payment Information 
5. Click Update

To make these changes on the Musely app, please visit the homepage, then: 

1. Tap Settings (top right)
2. Tap Edit Account Info
3. Tap Edit Payment Method
4. Tap Edit next to Payment Method (Prescription) or Payment Method (OTC)
5. Update Payment Information 
6. Click Update
