With our telemedicine platform, we give our patients access to Board-Certified Doctors and prescription medications without the hassle of phone or video appointments. Instead, simply visit musely.com or download the Musely app to select the treatment(s) you are interested in. Fill out a 3-minute medical questionnaire, upload photos of the treatment area and submit payment to complete the order. Within 24 hours, you will be assigned a doctor in your state who will review and write you the perfect treatment plan.*
For your patient protection, we cannot place orders for you over the phone. Rather, we kindly ask that each patient creates their own account and inputs their own medical information on our secure telemedicine platform. We assure you that this is a simple process made accessible to anyone with an internet-equipped phone or computer. If receiving help from a friend or family member, the patient themselves must explicitly consent to another party helping to manage their account. For step-by-step instructions, please check out this article: How to place an order.
