Your Musely treatment comes with a 60-day Consultation Period which enables you to message your doctor regarding the following topics:
- Medical Questions
- Medication Instructions
- Progress/Results
- Side Effects
All other questions should be directed to our Support team through Get Help in your account.
To consult with your doctor, please kindly follow the instructions below once logged into your Musely account:
- Click My Account
- Click Doctor Messages
- Click View Doctor Messages
- Click Send Message and then select Doctor
- Please include any relevant medical information, concerns, questions, or photos in your message for your doctor to review
What if my Consultation Period has expired?
If your Consultation Period has expired, you have the option to extend it by 15 days for $5 or 60 days for $10 by clicking "Extend" on the Doctor Messages page.
