Once an order is placed and payment has been submitted, the pharmacy will begin to process the order immediately. However, if your order has not yet shipped, you still have the option to cancel it so that you can make changes to it.
Cancellations must be completed PRIOR to shipment of your order, as we cannot cancel, return, or refund orders once they have shipped. Here are the instructions to cancel an unshipped order: How do I cancel my order?
Once canceled, you are free to make the below changes:
- Change Prescription (formulation based on dermatologist approval): How can I request a Prescription Change for a different formula?
- Change Refill Date How can I change my refill date?
- Change Refill Option How can I change my refill option?
- Change Shipping Address How can I change my shipping address?
If you need to consult with your designated doctor to discuss any changes with them, visit the Message Center in your account and choose “Doctor”. Please keep in mind that your doctor cannot cancel orders for you.
