Your medical profile includes information such as allergies, medications, and medical conditions that your doctor should be aware of.
To make changes or updates to your medical profile, on the website, please go to the My Account page, then:
- Select Account Info
- Click Edit next to Medical Profile
- Click Edit next to the information you would like to update
- Click Done/Save Changes after each edit is complete.
To make these changes on the Musely app, please visit the homepage, then:
- Tap Settings (top right)
- Tap Edit Account Info
- Tap Edit Medical Profile
- Tap Edit next to the information you would like to update
- Tap Done/Save Changes after each edit is complete.
Your doctor will see any changes made the next time you consult with them.
Any updates on your medical profile will not guarantee changes to your future refills. It’s recommended that you message your doctor when you make any changes and manage your refills accordingly. How do I message my designated doctor?
