As a telemedicine platform, we connect patients with Board-Certified Dermatologists through our secure MD Messaging platform. All communication between the patients and their designated doctor takes place within Doctor Messages in your account. Our physicians’ other medical practices are entities that are not associated with Musely, and we do not support or condone communication with them outside of the Musely platform.
Through Doctor Messages, you can message your designated doctor 24/7 while your 60-Day Consultation Period is active. There, they have direct access to your medical chart and are happy to provide further 1:1 personalized guidance and medical advice related to your treatment. You can even send photos of the treatment area for them to evaluate!
What if my Consultation Period has expired?
If your Consultation Period has expired, you have the option to extend it by 15 days for $5 or 60 days for $10 by clicking "Extend" on the Doctor Messages page.
