You can request a Prescription Change for a treatment you have already been prescribed. This will allow your doctor to review for a different formula or treatment plan of the selected treatment. To add a new treatment that you are not already prescribed, please visit musely.com and submit an order.
New Treatment Plan - $10 Doctor Visit Fee
If you are interested in a different formula or treatment plan of your existing prescription, you can submit a Prescription Change Request to your designated doctor. Please ensure to push back your refill date so a refill for your current prescription does not process. Then, follow the instructions below:
On the Musely website go to the My Account page, or from the Musely app home page:

- Select My Treatments
- Select Manage Treatment
- Click View/Edit Next to Current Treatment Plan
- Click Request Change
- Select Request New Prescription
- Follow the prompts and submit payment for the visit
Points to Note:
- When you submit this request Auto-Refill will be set to -on-, but can be canceled anytime: How can I cancel Auto-Refill?
- When completing a Prescription Change, you will select the date that you would like the new order to be placed.
- Requesting a Prescription Change incurs a legally required $10 Doctor Visit Fee. This service fee accounts for your doctor’s time and expertise in reviewing your updated medical questionnaire, writing a new treatment plan, and sending it to the pharmacy, if approved.
Active Treatment Plans - No Doctor Visit Required
If you already have separate prescriptions written for a specific treatment, you can switch between them at no additional cost! Please first ensure that Auto-Refill is on and then follow the instructions below:
On the Musely website go to the My Account page, or from the Musely app home page:
- Select My Treatments
- Select Manage Treatment
- Select Request Prescription Change
- Select Change To for the desired Treatment Plan
