If your 60 Day Consultation Period has expired, you have the option to extend it by 15 days for $5 or 60 days for $10. This fee helps to compensate your designated doctor for their time and expertise. Please use the following instructions to extend your Consultation Period:
To extend your Consultation Period on the Musely website or app, visit Doctor Messages in your account, then:
1. Click View Doctor Messages
2. Click Send Message and then Select Doctor
3. Click Extend
This is independent from requesting a Prescription Change/Renewal and the $10 Doctor Visit Fees associated with it.
