If you have any medical questions for your Musely doctor, but your 60-Day Consultation Period has expired, you can extend it by 15 days for $5 or 60 days for $10. This fee helps to compensate your designated doctor for their time and expertise. Please use the following instructions to extend your Consultation Period:
To extend your Consultation Period on the Musely website or app, visit Doctor Messages in your account, then:
1. Click View Doctor Messages
2. Click Send Message and then Select Doctor
3. Click Extend
Then, you can consult with your designated doctor regarding the following topics:
- Medical Questions
- Medication Instructions
- Progress/Results
- Side Effects
