How can I change the preferred name on my account?

We understand the importance of privacy and allowing our patients to have control over how they are identified on our platform. You can choose your preferred first name if it differs from your legal name or a nickname, which will be displayed on the community forum and other areas of the website.

You can change the preferred name displayed on your account using the instructions below.

On the Musely website (musely.com):

1. Go to your My Account page
2. Select Account Info
3. Click Edit next to Medical Profile
4. Click Edit next to Preferred Name
5. Type in your preferred first name or nickname
6. Select Done to save

From the Musely app Home page:

1. Tap Settings (top right)
2. Tap Edit Account Info
3. Tap Edit Medical Profile
4. Tap Edit next to Preferred Name
5. Type in your preferred first name or nickname
6. Select Done to save
