Managing your refills is easy. You can change your next refill date, refill frequency, or cancel Auto-Refill, anytime before your next scheduled refill date.
Change your refill date or frequency
To update your refill date or frequency, go to the My Account page on the website or open the Musely app:
- Select My Treatments
- Click Manage Treatment
- Click Adjust Refills
- Click Change Date or Frequency
- Select your Next Refill Date or Frequency
Things to know when changing your refill date or frequency
- Changing the refill date will, by default, update all future refill dates to maintain the same interval. While Auto-Refill is on, your refills will be ordered according to the Auto-Refill schedule noted here: [Auto-Refill Schedule for each Musely treatment]
- Refill Frequency: For treatments that come with a default 2-month supply, you can choose to receive your refills every 1, 2, or 3 months. For treatments with a default 3-month supply, you can choose a refill frequency of 2, 3, or 4 months.
- As consistency is key to achieve and maintain results from the medication, you are able to delay refill dates up to 30 days.
- This will not affect the refill dates of your other treatments. Make sure to manage them individually.
Cancelling Auto-Refill
To cancel Auto-Refill, go to the My Account page on the website or open the Musely app:
- Click on My Treatments
- Click Manage Treatment
- Click Cancel Auto-Refill
- Select the reason for cancellation
- Confirm cancellation
Important reminders
Turning off Auto-Refill does not cancel an order that is already processing.
Each treatment must be managed individually if you want to adjust refill timing or Auto-Refill settings.
