For prescriptions that cycle through multiple formulas, you have the option to skip ahead to a later formula in your treatment plan by requesting this from your designated doctor.
To message your doctor, please kindly follow the instructions below once logged into your Musely account:
1. Go to the Doctor Messages page
2. Click View Doctor Messages
3. Click Send Message and then Select Doctor
4. Please clearly state your request to your Doctor
If your Consultation Period has expired, you have the option to extend it by 15 days for $5 or 60 days for $10 by clicking "Extend" on the Doctor Messages page.
