We are so sorry to hear that you may no longer be interested in continuing with your Musely treatment! Please note that deleting your account is irreversible and removes future access to your prescriptions and prescribing dermatologist. With that being said, we recommend simply canceling Auto-Refill for your treatments if you do not wish to receive automatic refills. If you still wish to permanently delete your account, please follow these instructions:
On the Musely website go to the My Account page:
- Select “Account Info”
- Next to “Account Access”, select “Edit”
- Select the red “Delete Account” button
- Confirm
On the Musely app home page:
- Select “Settings” (the option with the gear icon)
- Select “Edit Account Info”
- Select “Edit Login Info”
- Select “Delete My Account” (red text at the bottom of the page)
- Confirm
