If your order has been placed but has not shipped yet, you may be able to change the shipping address in time. Please follow the instructions below before the order is shipped:
1. Cancel the order
- On the Musely website or app, go to the My Treatments page,
- Select the relevant treatment
- Click Manage Treatment
- Click Cancel current order (Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to process back into your account).
2. Edit your shipping address
- While still on the Manage Treatment page
- Scroll down to the Shipping Address section and click Edit
- Once you have added a shipping address, please select Deliver to this address to set the new address as Default
- Click Save
3. Reschedule the order with the new address
- While still on the Manage Treatment page
- Click Change next refill date, choose a date
- Click Save
Cancellations must be completed PRIOR to shipment of your order, as we cannot make changes, cancel, return, or refund orders once they have shipped.
Once you have completed the steps above, your order will be reprocessed and shipped to the updated address on your new refill date!
