If your order has been placed but has not shipped yet, you may be able to change the shipping address in time. Please follow the instructions below before the order is shipped:
1. Cancel the order

On the Musely website, go to the My Account page, or on the app, visit the homepage,
- Click on My Treatments
- Click Manage Treatment
- Click Cancel and confirm you want to cancel the order (Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to process back into your account).
2. Edit your shipping address
- On the Musely website, go to the My Account page, select Account Info -> click Edit next to shipping address -> Click Edit next to Current Shipping Address -> Edit your address -> Click Save
- On the Musely app, visit the Settings page, click Settings in the upper right corner -> Tap Edit Account Info ->Tap Edit Shipping Address / Phone Number -> Tap Edit next to Current shipping address -> Edit your address -> Click Save
3. Reschedule the order with the new address

While still on the Manage Treatment page
- Click Change next refill date, choose a date
- Click Save
Cancellations must be completed PRIOR to shipment of your order, as we cannot make changes, cancel, return, or refund orders once they have shipped.
Once you have completed the steps above, your order will be reprocessed and shipped to the updated address on your new refill date!
