Once your prescribing dermatologist has reviewed your medical history and examined your photos, your prescription and order will be sent to the pharmacy to begin processing for shipment. As FaceRx treatments are freshly compounded at our pharmacy (instead of stored on warehouse shelves or mass produced), it typically takes 2-5 business days to compound and ship your medication order(s). Once shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation with your USPS tracking information!
What do I do if my order is delayed or hasn’t shipped yet?
- First, confirm if your order was submitted. To confirm this, please login to your Musely account to make sure that you have completed your order by uploading photos and submitted your payment. Your doctor cannot review your submitted Doctor Visit without photos, as they need to make a visual assessment. -> How do I upload photos?
- If your order was submitted and still unshipped after 2-5 days, the pharmacy may be experiencing a delay. Please reach out to our Customer Support Team right away, so that we can investigate this for you! -> How can I contact Support?
