All Musely prescription treatments are freshly compounded and processed by our partner pharmacies. Once compounded, orders are shipped directly to the shipping address listed in your Musely account, so you don’t need to visit a pharmacy in person.
If you would like to transfer your prescription to another pharmacy, we can help guide you through that process:
- Contact our support team to confirm which pharmacy currently holds your prescription
- You can then either:
- Reach out to your preferred pharmacy and have them request the transfer, or
- Contact the Musely partner pharmacy directly for assistance with the transfer
Please note that prescriptions filled outside of Musely’s partner pharmacy network may not have the same pricing, service experience, or quality standards. Musely works directly with its partner pharmacies to ensure consistency and the highest quality for each individualized prescription.
