Yes! You can change your next refill date or refill frequency anytime before your next refill processes. Auto-Refill must be turned on to manage refill dates.
To update your refill date or frequency, go to the My Account page on the website or open the Musely app:
1. Select My Treatments
2. Click Manage Treatment
3. Click Adjust Refills
4. Click Change Date or Frequency
5. Select Next Refill Date or Frequency
Points to note:
- Changing the refill date will, by default, update all future refill dates to maintain the same interval. While Auto-Refill is on, your refills will be ordered according to the Auto-Refill schedule noted here: [Auto-Refill Schedule for each Musely treatment]
- Refill Frequency: For treatments that come with a default 2-month supply, you can choose to receive your refills every 1, 2, or 3 months. For treatments with a default 3-month supply, you can choose a refill frequency of 2, 3, or 4 months.
- As consistency is key to achieve and maintain results from the medication, you are able to delay refill dates up to 30 days.
This will not affect the refill dates of your other treatments. Make sure to manage them individually.
