We’re sorry to hear that you are no longer interested in your Musely treatment! You are able to cancel your order for a full refund anytime before your designated doctor reviews your order. To do so, please use the instructions below:
On the Musely website go to the My Account page, or from the Musely app home page:
- Select My Treatments
- Click Manage Treatment
- Click Cancel
Please take action prior to the doctor review, as once your doctor reviews your questionnaire and conducts their examination, we are unable to refund the $20 Doctor Visit Fee.
Once the prescription has been written and signed, the medication order can no longer be canceled or refunded. This is because the order is immediately sent to the pharmacy to begin preparation, and pharmacy processing cannot be stopped once it has started.
