Once your designated doctor has reviewed your medical questionnaire and photos, they will prescribe you a specific formula or treatment plan. Once prescribed, you will receive an email letting you know you have a message from your doctor. Please click the link provided in the email or use the instructions here to see your specific prescribed formula or treatment plan. Click on the underlined formula name in the doctor's message to view its ingredients in a pop-up.
You can also find your Treatment Plan on your account using the following instructions:
On the Musely website or app, go to the My Account page:
- Select My Treatments
- Click Manage Treatment
- Click View/Edit next to "Treatment Plan"
- Click on the individual formula names to view its ingredients in a pop-up.
- Review what formulas have shipped, what will be shipped next and what you can look forward to receiving in the future.
