All initial prescriptions that have been approved by your prescribing dermatologist are immediately sent to the pharmacy to be freshly compounded. As treatments are not mass manufactured, it can typically take 2-5 days for the pharmacy to fill and ship your order.
You can review your order status and tracking number using the instructions below:

On the Musely website go to the My Account page, or from the Musely app home page:
- Select My Treatments
- Click Manage Treatment
- Click View Order
- Click on your USPS tracking number which will direct to the USPS tracking website
Note: You can also Click on View Progress
All subsequent refills for this treatment will be filled on the refill dates that you manage within your account! Please note that it is the patient’s responsibility to manage their treatment’s refill dates and Auto-Refill status in their account. You can find instructions for managing your refills below!
