If you'd like to remove The Bundle items (Cleanser and Day Cream) from future refills of your prescription, you can do so at any time in your account.
On the Musely website go to the My Account page, or from the Musely app home page:
- Select My Treatments
- Click Adjust Refills
- Click Edit next to Order Option and choose your preferred option
- Select Update Order Option.

The Spot Pill Refill Options
The default refill option for this treatment is the PM formula only. You can request the AM Boost to be added to your next refill by adjusting your refill option for this treatment. Note: this request is only available if your last refill was PM only and the AM Boost is not meant to be used in back to back refills.
On the Musely website go to the My Account page, or from the Musely app home page:
- Select My Treatments
- Select Manage Treatment
- Select View My Treatment Plan

Select "Here" on the right of the "Need a Boost? Add the AM Boost" prompt.
The Red Set/Rosacea Cream Refill Options
You can manage your refill option to choose between The Red Set or The Rosacea Cream only with the instructions below.
If you are prescribed The Rosacea Cream and want to add The Rosacea Mask:
On the Musely website go to the My Account page, or from the Musely app home page:
- Select My Treatments
- Select Manage Treatment
- Select View My Treatment Plan
- Select Request Change
- Select + New Prescription
- Select Next
- Select Change Order Option
- Select Relevant /Preferred Option
If you are prescribed The Red Set and want to remove the Mask from future refills:
On the Musely website go to the My Account page, or from the Musely app home page:
- Select My Treatments
- Click Adjust Refills
- Click Change Refill Option
- Select the bubble next to "The Rosacea Cream"

Click "Update Order Option"
The Cell Repair Serum Options
The default refill option for this treatment will be the option you selected at checkout: Standard or Advanced, but this can be changed within your account anytime.
On the Musely website go to the My Account page, or from the Musely app home page:
- Select My Treatments
- Click Adjust Refills
- Click Change Refill Option
- Select the drop down arrow to change the formula.
