Musely offers subscriptions for the following OTC items:
- The Day Cream
- The Cleanser
- The Day Cream and The Cleanser Bundle
- The Vitamin C Serum
To review and/or manage your OTC subscriptions, please use the instructions below:
On the Musely website go to the My Account page, or from the Musely app home page:
- Select My Treatments
- Scroll down to the "OTC Treatments" section
- Click Manage Treatment
- Click Change Subscription or Cancel Subscription
Changes you can make to your over-the-counter subscriptions:
- Adjust the subscription option
- Change the frequency of shipments
- See your order history
- Change your shipping address or payment method for the subscription
- Cancel the subscription
