How do I order refills of my treatment?

You can easily manage your prescription refill dates within your Musely account! 

If Auto-Refill is ON, you will automatically receive refills according to your refill schedule. However, you can adjust your refill dates as needed by using the instructions outlined in this article: Can I change my refill date?

If Auto-Refill is OFF, you will simply need to turn it on to order refills. Here are the instructions:

1. On the Musely website go to the My Account page, or from the Musely app home page: 

   1. Select My Treatments
   2. Click Manage Treatments
   3. Click Order Refills
   4. On the pop-up, Click Order Refills 
   Choose your desired refill date and Click Save
