Auto-Refill must be activated to place a refill order. However, Auto-Refill is flexible so you are in control of your refills! You can change or cancel anytime through your account. Please follow these instructions to order refills:
On the Musely website go to the My Account page,
- Click on My Treatments
- Select the relevant treatment
- Click Order Refills
- On the pop-up, click Order Refills
- Choose your desired refill date and select Save
On the Musely app home page:
- Tap on My Treatments
- Select the relevant treatment
- Click Order Refills
- On the pop-up, click Order Refills
- Choose your desired refill date and select Save
If you would like to receive only one refill at this time, you can also change the refill date or cancel Auto-Refill at any time once your scheduled refill is processed.
