You can manage your prescriptions directly from your account with just a few clicks! Please note: Each prescription needs to be managed individually and any changes need to be made prior to their next scheduled refill date(s).
On the Musely website or app, go to the My Treatments page, select the relevant treatment and then click Manage Treatment. Click the links below for instructions for anything you'd like to manage.
My Prescription:
- Change Prescription: Click to change between active prescriptions or request a new treatment plan
- Change refill option: Click to change your refill options for the relevant treatments
- View Treatment Plan: Click to view your approved treatment plan, including the formulas of your upcoming refills
Refill Schedule:
- Change next refill date: Click to change when you receive your next shipment of this treatment
- Cancel all future refills: Click to turn off Auto-Refill for this prescription
- Cancel current order: If you have a pending refill you'd like to cancel, you can cancel the order anytime BEFORE it ships.
- Renew or Change prescription: Click to complete an Annual Check-Up to renew a prescription that has expired or is expiring soon
Shipping Address:
- Edit shipping address: Click to add or edit your current shipping address.
Payment Method:
- Update payment method: Click to change your payment method or billing address on file using the "Edit" button
